My stay was wonderful for wedding. Very polite and welcoming staff, they had a shuttle to downtown. The location was marvellous and the free parking was onsite. Btw, the airport was 20 km away...

Free parking. Free wifi (but poor signal though).

Weird smell (like wet dog) in the restaurant/ breakfast area on the top floor. We booked it with free breakfast, this worked via a voucher system. But we weren't told that the vouchers were for max $10 pp and the breakfast costs can be higher. Poor sound insulation, the hotel is besides 2 busy roads and traffic was well audible. View from my room at night was non-existent because a very bright lamp on the outside was illuminating the hotel and blinding you when opening the curtains. Room wasn't cleaned on 1 of the days. The map indication on Booked.net wasn't accurate in my experience. On Booked.net the hotel is located in Charleston, on the "right" side of the bridge but in fact it's on the other side of the bridge, on a piece of no man's land. This means you always need a car to go into town. You can't walk across the bridge.

I had very nice time here.

The place was clean and staff were pleasant, I liked decent location. Suite was carpeted, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The view was magnificent, the service was excellent. Plus, I was able to park my car onsite.

Has a great bar/restaurant at the top of the hotel that overlooks the river and city. Also a free shuttle that runs frequently to main stops in downtown Charleston - although last pickup from town is early - about 9:45pm. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Paid extra for the breakfast which was a bargain. A great hotel if you don't want to spend the $$$ for hotels in downtown Charleston. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Charleston

Getting in and out of the parking lot can be hazardous - it's a left hand entry into the parking lot from the middle of a freeway with cars moving in excess of 55mph

The food was delicious with lots of choice! The location was unbeatable and stunning for Charleston, close to Charleston, the restaurant and downtown.

View from our room. Evening hor d'oevres. Service. Shuttle to town (though we left once when it didn't arrive after we waited 40 minutes. Location. Breakfast buffet. Bed comfotable. Staff very courteous and helpful.

So cold in restaurant. Cold in room but damp when turned a/c down. Shower hot water would not get real hot and cold water from facet would not get cold. Shuttle late or didn't arrive at #4 1:30 stop. We left after 40 minutes.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with free buffet breakfast. Layout and interior design where unique. Its location was particularly good, right across the harbor from downtown.

Restaurant on top of hotel offers a great view of the area. Conveniently located for access to the city and tourist attractions. Plenty of parking.

The room was well lite and comfortable.

Restaurant was horrible with food and service

We liked the location close to historic Charleston but not right in the middle of it. They had a free shuttle that took you down and back that ran several times per day.

great view but a few hiccups

The view of the harbor is stunning and makes you forget about the rest. The restaurant staff is fantastic, friendly, and remembers you like you're family. Breakfast hits the spot, and the shuttle service is a nice touch when it actually shows up.

Getting to the hotel can be a bit hairy due to the traffic merging right at the entrance.

Wasn't much to like at this hotel

The room was dirty and they didn't replenish the shampoo or conditioner. The hair dryer only had 1 setting, The air conditioner hardly worked and the bed was very uncomfortable. I have a itchy rash ever since I stayed here.

The bed was like a cloud, the employees were friendly. They know us somewhat because we got married in Charleston. They treat us like family. Josh at the front desk and our maintenance guy was awesome.

While the hotel boasts stunning views, it does show its age. The elevators could be frustrating, as only one was working during my stay. The rooftop bar was a wonderful spot for evening drinks, and the staff was friendly and helpful overall.

Free parking....

We didn't get the room we booked so my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The soap shelf fell off the wall while I was showering. Windows were so filthy yu couldn't really enjoy the view and the glass doors were bolted shut so you couldn't use the balcony or get a breeze.
